Sorry, due to the crappy New England winter I have taken a few months off. I also figured that once I posted once everyone would leave me alone, but that hasn't happened. So the pictures pretty much say it all for the last couple of months. It has been one of the worst winters up here in years. Amanda said that's our sign that we need to move back. She says we shouldn't punish these poor people anymore:) It all started in December with an ice storm that knocked out power to most of Massachusetts and the southern part of New Hampshire. We lost power for two days, but there were people out of power until Christmas. We did invest in a generator, and so far we haven't had to use it. We got another pretty good snow storm the Sunday before Christmas which caused them to cancel church. We have had a couple of snow storms in January and we have had church cancelled twice more in January. That definitely makes my calling much easier!
We had a wonderful Christmas with my mom, Brent and Angela coming to visit. They were able to come for a week and it really made it much easier to be so far from everyone for Christmas. I also started Esthetics school in November and I really love it and am always looking forward to all of the fun stuff I get to do when i'm in school. It's really hard to go to school and get facials, pedicures, waxing etc...all in the name of schooling. I should be able to take my state boards sometime this fall and then i'll go back to work part time.
The kids are all adjusting well in school, but it has been a pretty big adjustment. We miss our friends and family in Colorado soooooo much!

Can I say FINALLY!! LOL Im so proud of you for posting! Looks pretty dang cold!
So much snow. I'm loving that we haven't had so much yet. But the downside is that they'll start talking about the snow pack and dryness...and that's all we'll hear on the news.
Hope that you are enjoying life.
YES!!! I agree with Kris!! FINALLY! so sorry to hear about your winter...ours is NOWHERE near that...bummer though. I miss the snow. Good for you that you are enduring Esthetics School! Send pics! That would be so fun! Keep in touch!
If I didn't get to talk to you - I'd shoot you for not posting more often! But, once I see the photos... I miss you even more! Angela's hair is SOOO cute! I miss you tons - see you SOON! :)
Yeah--you have a blog--I'm so glad I found it!
That is a TON of snow!! I'm ok with snow, but I don't know about that much, ha ha.
On the upside you probably don't have to mess with a sprinkler system in the summer. :)
